When does IF LOAD actuate in SB?

I think I occasionally have problems with SB code that has not been initialized when I activate MDP. MDP is usually open (in standby) on an iPad even though another app is active. When is IF LOAD ... END in the StreamByter plug-in triggered (usually to initialize variables)?

a. Anytime MDP is activated from a standby state (doesn't seem likely)

b. When MDP is activated after being closed (cleared), which I occasionally do to clear up memory

c. Only when a layout containing SB code is loaded via Configuration, Actions, Load Layout (seems likely, but not desirable)

d. Never

If c or d, I may have to manually initialize SB variables before using the layout (creating a button to initialize)

What is the best way to use Stream Byter to send 2-300 SysEx requests to VoiceLive 3 extreme?

I´m creating a control panel for VoiceLive 3 extreme (VL3x) and BeatBuddy (BB)

To update the values in MD, I need to send one SyxEx request with Stream Byter for each of the parameters in the VL3x. Example: SND F0 00 01 38 00 6D 47 00 21 F7 #Amp style.

Now I need some tips for a good solution for updating the parameters when I change the preset on the VL3x (Theoretically there may be a few hundred parameters that change ...)

The Stream Byter Plugin is really a major improvment in MD and I am going to learn its language.

I'd have a preliminary question: as far as I've understood the Input Rules affect only the midi messages directed to the MD controls and the Output Rules affect only the midi messages sent out by the MD controls.

This mean that, for example, I couldn't use the MD SB Plugin simply for filtering/mapping midi messages passing through MD (e.g. simply for transposing the notes of my keyboard). Have I understood correctly?

In other words, the situation, in this respect, is the one described in this old post: http://mididesigner.com/qa/1211/filtering-incoming-midi-messages?show=1211#q1211 ?

This is no question, I only want to say, that I am so happy, that you integrated the Stream Byter plugin into MD. It has so many advantages, that you can do now transformations directly in MD, compared to doing it in other apps. I did something that was really complicated for me, and Nic from Audeonic was incredibly helpful.

Well, maybe one question: I tried to write a Stream Byter 1 rule inside a Stream Byter 2 clause, this did not work. Is this a restriction in the plugin? Might also be, that I made a mistake. I did not use it then, because there are always a couple of ways to come to the desired result.
